The Battle Royale mode in Fortnite can be challenging, both for new players and veterans alike.
Fortnite developer Epic Games have promised battling cheaters is their highest priority, but the publisher may have overstepped in their quest to keep their hugely popular online survival game legit. Unless the kid was using cheats to steal microtransactions or something else involving Epic Games losing money I think filing a lawsuit is an extreme overreaction. I don’t play a lot of multiplayer games online, but I have no sympathy for cheaters.
It’s the story of gaming’s newest runaway success – something that originated on PC with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, and has recently arrived on consoles in the form of the free Fortnite standalone expansion, Fortnite Battle Royale. Following Fortnite update 1.36 yesterday, which saw the servers down for quite a while, Epic Games has released the patch notes. That being said, Epic advised the “Fortnite” community to take the necessary steps to secure themselves from these threats and staying updated with the latest game VIDEO patches VIDEO. A recent update has caused CPU performance issues in ‘Fortnite’ and players are irked. After that I thought it could be the hdd as well because the write and read speed is pretty slow (10 mb/s disk transfer rate)and as far as I know 8gb of ram won’t be able to hold a whole map so the hdd/ssd speed it’s pretty important on this situation(note:the disk performance is on 100% as well while I am playing fortnite)I have adjust windows performance , for the best performance plus I have tried different setting in the game like 480p with small resolution but that doesn’t affect my issue.I’ve got all the latest drivers and windows updates as well.

Epic Games will be rolling out a compensation measure for all players who had been affected by the bug on November 20, 2017. Fortnite players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were able to briefly play with each other due to an in-game bug. The game is updated regularly, so players shouldn’t have to suffer the issue for more than a few days.
Mooney noted, however, that there will be a separate mode for Battle Royale that will allow players to team up, saying… Don’t cheat, AFK, grief, exploit bugs or glitches, team up in groups larger than the game mode allows (e.g. in solo matches do not work with other players, respectfully kill them instead) or impersonate others.” It is true that teaming up with other players and utilizing teamwork in the Battle Royale mode is considered a bannable offense in the code of conduct.
